Arrival at the Katunayake International Airport. After immigration formalities you will be Welcome by our representative. Check in to a Hotel for refresh then proceed to Dambulla via Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage (Optional). Evening free at leisure. Overnight stay @ Hotel in Dambulla

The area is thought to be inhabited from as early as the 7th to 3rd century BC. Statues and paintings in these caves date back to the 1st century BC. But the paintings and statues were repaired and repainted in the 11th, 12th, and 18th century AD. The caves in the city provided refuge to King Valagamba (also called Vattagamini Abhaya) in his 14 year long exile from the Anuradapura kingdom. Buddhist monks meditating in the caves of Dambulla at that time provided the exiled king protection from his enemies. When King Valagamba returned to the throne at Anuradapura kingdom in the 1st century BC, he had a magnificent rock temple built at Dambulla in gratitude to the monks in Dambulla.

Hot air ballooning is one of the most popular activities among the holiday makers in Sri Lanka. Early pick up at around 05.00AM and reach to the place for a Hot Air Balloon tour and after the Ballooning tour you will be transfer back to the hotel for Breakfast.

HOT AIR BALLOONING: Flights take off at sunrise around 06AM and floating at heights of 500 to 2000 feet on average, this feeling of peace and tranquility is apparent from the extent of sighs and smiles as the earth seems to slowly descend bellow you whilst the views rapidly expand, while you effortlessly drift over the treetops, wildlife, Lakes/rivers, cultural sites, local urban homesteads, landmarks like Sigiriya Rock, Golden Buddha and Many more are in view. After breakfast, leave for Kandy. En-route visiting Temple of Tooth Relic , Royal Botanical gardens at Peradeniya . Enjoy Cultural Show in the evening. Overnight stay @ Hotel in Kandy.

Historical records suggest that Kandy was first established by the Vikramabahu III (1357–1374 CE), who was the monarch of the Kingdom of Gampola, near the Watapuluwa area, north of the present city, and named Senkadagalapura at the time.

TEMPLE OF THE SACRED TOOTH RELIC It is located in the royal palace complex which houses the relic of the tooth of Buddha. Since ancient times, the relic has played an important role in local politics because it is believed that whoever holds the relic holds the governance of the country. Kandy was the last capital of the Sri Lankan kings and is a UNESCO world heritage site partly due to the temple

After Breakfast leave for Nuwara Eliya. En -route visit Ramboda Hanuman Temple & tea plantation & factory. Evening visit World's End & Horton Plains (Optional). Overnight stay @ Hotel in Nuwara Eliya

NUWARA ELIYA city name meaning is "city on the plain (table land)" or "city of light". Nuwara Eliya is a city, in the hill country of the Central Province, Sri Lanka.The city is the administrative capital of Nuwara Eliya District, with a picturesque landscape and temperate climate. It is located at an altitude of 1,868 m (6,128 ft) and is considered to be the most important location for Tea production in Sri Lanka.

HORTON PLAINS is a beautiful, silent, strange world with some excellent hikes in the shadows of Sri Lanka's second- and third-highest mountains. The 'plains' themselves form an undulating plateau over 2000m high, covered by wild grasslands and interspersed with patches of thick forest, rocky outcrops, filigree waterfalls and misty lakes. The surprising diversity of the landscape is matched by the wide variety of wildlife.

WORLD'S END is a plateau that comes to a sudden end at World's End, an escarpment that falls for nearly a kilometer, bringing forth glorious.

After breakfast leave for Yala. Day free at leisure. Overnight stay @ Hotel in Yala.
After breakfast enjoy jeep safari at Yala National Park.

YALA NATIONAL PARK is best known for its variety of wild animals. It is important for the conservation of Sri Lankan Elephants and aquatic birds. There are six national parks and three wildlife sanctuaries in the vicinity of Yala. The park is situated in the dry semi-arid climatic region and rain is received mainly during the northeast monsoon. Yala hosts a variety of ecosystems ranging from moist monsoon forests to freshwater and marine wetlands. It is one of the 70 Important Bird Areas (IBAs) in Sri Lanka. Yala harbors 215 bird species including six endemic species of Sri Lanka. The number of mammals that has been recorded from the park is 44, and it has one of the highest leopard densities in the world

BENTOTA Facing the Indian Ocean, a tropical lagoon and a major river Bentota offers water sports possibilities nowhere else to be found. The name comes from a mythical story which dates back to kings time saying a demon called Bam ruled this river (total = river bank). Bentota also delivers an ancient art of healing called Ayurveda. The city is famous for its toddy production, an alcoholic beverage made out of coconut nectar.

Leave the hotel in the morning, an early start helps to catch the river-line wildlife at play. On a small open top boat as you cruise down the Bentota river with a local captain passing by islands, narrow channels, mangrove swamps, riverbanks covered with lush, tropical foliage and flowers, teeming with bird and marine life in pure tranquility. You will meet along route, local fishermen in their homemade craft offering their fresh catches or simply giving lotus flowers to the ladies on board.

After breakfast leave for Colombo.En route visit Turtle Hatchery. Evening proceed half day city & Shopping tour in Colombo. Overnight at Hotel in Colombo.
